1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Returns will not be accepted for:

3. Review & Approval
All return requests are subject to verification and approval at Pizuka’s sole discretion after reviewing the provided images and details.
If approved, we will notify you via email with the next steps.
4. Refund Process
